RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal is governed by Legislative Decree no. 21 of February 21, 2014, which regulates consumer rights. Withdrawal gives the consumer the right to return the purchased product and obtain a refund.

This right is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to any professional activity they may carry out.

Before proceeding with the return of the goods, we ask you to carefully check that the following conditions are met.
The procedure to follow is as follows:

• Write to info@gioielleria-angelini.com with your return request;
• return the product within 5 working days from the date of acceptance of the return by www.gioielleria-angelini.com ;
• the product must never have been used, must not be damaged or dirty;
• the product must be returned in its original case and packaging, with instruction booklet and certificates;
• the shipment must be notified via email with the shipping date, the service used (postal/express courier) and, if possible, the waybill number;
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized engraved products.
• In the event of order cancellation/withdrawal from a purchase made via Scalapay, the 4.6% commission remains the responsibility of the buyer.
• In the event of a return of a purchase made via PayPal or Klarna, the commission will remain the responsibility of the buyer.

The costs of returning the product are borne by the customer.
Items for which you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal must be returned using suitable means. The right of withdrawal lapses in the event of damage or loss of untraceable or uninsured packages, for which gioielleria-angelini.com cannot be held responsible in any way.

The right of withdrawal gives rise to a full refund of the expense incurred if the returned product is intact and in its original packaging (never opened).
Insufficient packaging of the box in which the item is returned will void the right of withdrawal if the product arrives damaged (boxes that are too light, lack of bubble wrap or tape, etc.).

The right of withdrawal applies no later than fourteen days after receipt of the goods, even for "damaged products," i.e., products whose packaging is open but not damaged or missing essential parts for use or instructions. The consumer is solely responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In these cases, the value of the products must be reassessed by specialized technicians, taking into account the diminished value attributable to opening the packaging and improper handling. The refund will be based on the reduced value of the returned goods; the total refund amount in these cases cannot exceed 50% of the initial purchase price paid.
The indicated duration of 14 days is counted from the date of delivery of the order.

gioielleria-angelini.com will process the refund for the cost of the shipped goods within 14 working days of receiving the returned goods.

It will consequently reject any product for which the return costs have not already been paid in full by the Customer.
Refunds will be made via bank transfer, credit card, or, at the customer's discretion, with a time-limited voucher on the Site for the value of the returned products (100% of the amount paid for the products, net of all shipping costs).
For products with damaged packaging or clearly improperly handled, the refund terms and conditions remain unchanged, but the total refund, in this case, will take into account the decrease in value of the goods and cannot under any circumstances exceed 50% of the amount paid for the goods (net of all shipping costs).
The right of withdrawal is exercised without any penalty, except for return shipping costs, which remain the responsibility of the Customer.
