The SRQ045J1 automatic chronograph pays homage to the design of the 1964 stopwatch. Its dial is faithful to the 1/5th-second counter of 1964 and inherits every detail of its design, sources of precision and readability that were essential to the high performance of the original. The long, concave buttons ensure the ease of use for which the original timepiece is famous. The watch incorporates a new movement from the 8R series, Seiko's most advanced chronograph, caliber 8R46. It shares the same performance as the 8R48, but incorporates two subdials instead of three and features a date window at six o'clock. Limited edition of 600 pieces worldwide.
